Location is perfect! Right off the interstate! All of the staff we interacted with was notably friendly. We stayed on Christmas Eve and the kitchen worker even gave us a Christmas card! The room was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was incredible. The water pressure and complimentary Dove products were perfect. I cannot say enough about this hotel. We will be back!

Stayed 3 nights. Tuesday arrived back, and only my trash and towels were taken care of. Wednesday arrived back to my door, opened (not locked or shut), towels for one, and trash taken out. Both days, I returned to the bed not made, no coffee, no cups, and no extra toilet paper. The front desk clerk she was very nice and even sent an email reference Tuesday not getting the room cleaned/refreshed. Then, she was very helpful again on Wednesday night when I got back. She even brought up coffee, etc, that I needed. Upon checking out, the guy working in the morning on Thursday 11/30 didn't act as if he cared when I told him all that had happened. Acted as if I was bothering him by even telling him. Housekeeping needs to be evaluated at this location and/or needs better training. Being a woman, I shouldn't be returning from a day at the office to my room opened and unlocked. Not including someone could have swiped all my belongings and/or been in the room when I returned.

Everything is outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was our highlight of the day. Plenty of food. Lots of choices. Filled us up before starting our day. The only complaint that I have is the bathroom. Wasn't so clean. That is something that I expect in any hotels whether it be a low end hotel or a four star hotel. But there is one thing that stands out. There insulation is remarkable. It was chilly in the early mornings and cold at night. But we barely used our heating system. The room retained the heat so well that we had to put on the ac to cool us down.

great stay personnel were very professional and helpful. Loved the breakfast. check-in was very easy and fast. the only thig I do not like is the despisers in the bath room for soap and shampoo and conditioner. But almost all have changed to them

Absolutely best customer service, great rooms, good breakfast, really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that we did not enjoyed much is the pool because was freezing. Other than that I could not have chosen a better hotel, location. Happy to have been stayed here
